We were already using the Circle of Security Parenting Program with families in our Brighter Futures Programs so it aligned well with SDNs approaches.We connected with Mary Morgan, an experienced COS-P Facilitator, Fidelity Coach with a background in Mental Health. After a careful design phase that ensured fidelity to the original program, we started the Program in 2016 for our educators and Centre Directors. By November 2017, we were collecting consistent feedback from all participants of the program. They told us that it was an important and significant program for their work with children.
