“I love working for SDN, as here we are truly committed to putting children at the centre of all our decision-making.”

My qualifications and experience

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) and started as the Centre Director when SDN Macquarie Park was opened in 2024. Before joining SDN, I have worked in the sector for 26 years, working in centres and as part of operations teams.

What I’m most passionate about in my role

I am deeply passionate about my role, as I feel a strong responsibility to coach and mentor educators, helping them become the best versions of themselves every day. I take pride in walking alongside them, guiding their practice, sharing knowledge, and co-constructing our understanding together.

By fostering this commitment in educators, we work collaboratively to create a high-quality early learning environment where children are supported throughout their learning journey.

What I love about working with SDN

I love working for SDN, as here we are truly committed to putting children at the centre of all our decision-making.  I find that when we do this, it’s amazing to think about how great our impact can be!

A little bit more about me

I am a dedicated dance mum to my two girls which takes up most of my time, when I am not doing this, I also love caring for my plants, reading and being with my family.
