My qualifications and experience

I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years before joining the SDN village in 2017. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What I'm most passionate about in my role

I am passionate about supporting children to feel safe, confident, and capable while creating meaningful learning experiences through play. I also enjoy mentoring educators, building a positive team culture, and helping my team grow professionally so we can achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

What I love about working with SDN

I love working for SDN because it values inclusion, collaboration, and high-quality early childhood education. Since joining, I have been supported to grow as a leader, and I enjoy being part of an organisation that genuinely invests in its people and community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, and trying different foods. I believe strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and I bring that same warmth, positivity, and sense of connection into my work every day.
