My qualifications and experience

I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Birth-5 years) from Macquarie University. I worked full time during my studies and have 15 years of childcare experience.

What I'm most passionate about in my role

What I’m most passionate about in my role as a Centre Director is the ability to create meaningful connections with families and cultivate a strong, positive culture within the team. I value the trust families place in us, and I’m committed to building relationships that make them feel welcomed and understood. At the same time, I take pride in leading a team culture where collaboration, respect, and growth are at the centre of everything we do.

What I love about working with SDN

I was the Centre Director at SDN Mosman a few years ago before moving overseas, when I returned back to Australia I knew I wanted to get back into the SDN community. I always felt supported and valued, and genuinely loved the people I worked with. SDN allows you to grow and has so many great mentors within the business that will help you along the way.

A little bit more about me

For the last few years I lived in the UK with my husband and then had my son in London in 2025. We have had so much fun travelling around Europe with our little one and showing him the world! In my spare time we are always hanging out with our extended family, travelling to somewhere new or at the beach.
