SDN Crookwell Preschool provides quality early childhood education for 3-5 year olds, with a focus on ensuring children are prepared for school.
Our Early Childhood Teachers and Educators value strong partnerships with families and the local community that extend well beyond each child's early years. Children with diverse strengths, needs and backgrounds are celebrated for their unique contribution to the preschool community, including actively contributing to the development of the planned program.
The preschool features a large outdoor environment surrounded by expansive lawns and gardens, creating endless opportunities for children to explore, discover and connect with nature. Children help care for our resident chickens and enjoy planting, growing and harvesting produce from our vegetable gardens, building an understanding of sustainability, the natural world and local cultures.
At SDN Crookwell each child benefits from a creative, child-focused educational program that nurtures confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Children are supported to explore and investigate their world, express their wonder and think creatively.
